NOME Prepares To Hit Studio
January 17, 2008Finnish rock-edged metal band NOME will enter Studio Watercastle on January 24 to begin recording its fifth demo recording, entitled "Once Again". The recording process will take place over a four-day period and it will be helmed by Arttu Sarvanne, who also was responsible for the band's second demo, "Macrocosmos", in 2004. According to the group, the upcoming demo will be its "heaviest and most ferocious output to date."
NOME last year recruited vocalist Jouni Koskela (ABYSMALIA, LIQUORWORKS) as the replacement for previous singer Tommi Niemi (IKINAE, ex-MISERY INC).
NOME's entire back catalogue is available for free download at Soundclick.com and the latest demo recording, "Something Borrowed, Something Blue", is available for purchase at this location.
